Dropped off a dress returned three days later, gave them my claim ticket charged me $20 and said the dress was being pressed; they had been busy. Waited 15 mins. (apparently for the manager to come back) The dress had a pull in it so they wouldn't clean it so they took my money, lied to me, didn't bother to call and they said sorry. I don't think they were. Will never go back to the lieing cheating place again.
