Provided by YP.comI ordered an arrangement for a friend and was told the total was $36 my card was charged $60. When I called them back to get the payment straightened out they told me I could have a store credit. It took 3 phone calls and a visit to their store in Commerce Twp to get the payment straightened out. Then when my friend received the flowers the card read "I am sorry for your LOST." It's loss not lost. Never using Wesley berry flowers again.

Provided by YP.comTHIS has been the WORST experience. Paid for same day delivery. It WASN'T delivered that day and was the WRONG bouquet. i've tried to talk to one of their customer service advocates for over TWO HOURS and am continually hung up on. THIS IS FRAUD!!!!!!!!!

There is NOTHING worse than to be scammed out of your hard earned money right after the death of a family member! AND during the Christmas holidays. It was bad enough to be overcharged-Ever heard of a $100.00 Poinsettia?!?! I've left numerous phone messages, have been on hold until I fell asleep one day. Sent emails to every web address known. Hopefully, my bank will be able to handle this further. I have to leave at least one star for rating purposes otherwise they would NOT EVER RECEIVE ANY STAR FROM ME!!!

Provided by YP.comNever ordering from this company again. Stick to Proflowers. The customer service at Wes Berry is terrible. They do not return any phone calls. They charged me more than my order was for and did not even issue me the credit to my email they promised. It is impossible to get in touch them. I had to file for fraud through my bank and am getting me money back that way.

Provided by YP.comI ordered online and my ordered was delivered 12 days late. I've worked in customer service for about 13 years and this is the worst service I've ever experience. I'm writing this review as I am waiting on a supervisor. This is no exaggeration, Ive been on hold for about two hours. I'm holding to see how long it will take for a supervisor to come to the phone. Order at your own risk but I'm telling you that you might/will be disappointed. You order through this site but they call I guess a store in your area but cannot give you the name and say they cannot contact them. This is my fourth call for my refund. I cannot believe I'm reading good post. Maybe if you live in the area and you can go into the store but I'm telling you don't don't do it. And I am still on hold. I'm not one of those persons that only Eritrea bad post. When I have good service I acknowledge that also. This is extremely bad customer service.

My brother ordered from Europe a surprise bouquet for 8pm delivery for my birthday. His credit card got charged within seconds of placing the order via phone, but he never got a confirmation email. Delivery was done at 8am vs 8 pm. The recipient name was misspelled, email was wrong, the timing was wrong, when we called they lied on how the order was submitted (said order was placed via the website), several emails were sent to customer service with no response, and on top of that the postcard was never included but sender was advised that they can send an email on his behalf!!!!! They soon will be out of business.

Provided by YP.comMy friend in the UK ordered flowers from the Wesley Berry website on June 16, 2014, to be delivered to me the next day, as their website promises. The flowers never arrived, and she sent 5 emails asking them for a status update. Not one was responded to. Yesterday I told her I would call them, since I'm in the US and she's not. I spoke with Becky, who told me there was a problem with the delivery address, which was why there was no delivery. I told her to cancel the order. She said their company policy is that the sender would have to CALL them to cancel or she could send them an email, authorizing me to call and cancel. My friend sent the email last night. I called WBF this morning and spoke with Sarah about canceling the order. She put me on hold to look for the email from my friend. Since I was copied on the email, and mine arrived six hours earlier, they had to have received theirs. When she came back, she said she couldn't find the email. I asked for a manager. She said the manager was searching for the email and asked me to hold. I held for 32 minutes, and she never came back to me. I hung up and called their customer service number again. This time I was sent to their automated answering system. I left a message canceling the order, complete with contact info and order number. A quick google search shows pages and pages of complaints against this company, and the complaints are from all over the US. Someone needs to investigate and put them out of business completely.

I ordered flowers for a funeral. They delivered them to the wrong address and at the wrong time. I tried for hours to get someone on the phone. They don't answer. I left multiple messages, sent emails. Never got a response back. Finally gave up and am disputing with my credit card yesterday.
I have never seen such bad reviews from Yelp for a company. THEY ALL ALL TRUE.
DO NOT USE THEM.

Provided by YP.comDO NOT USE! This company is ridiculously horrible. My husband is serving over sea's and ordered flowers for me for Mother's Day. He paid extra for shipping to ensure delivery before that day and when they weren't received, we started calling, emailing, anything to get ahold of the company. They would not talk to me b/c I wasn't the cardholder even though I told them I have POA. I explained that he is away and unable to call and the lady basically told me it wasn't her problem. I asked for a manger NUMEROUS times and she refused. She told me she was going to hang up on me and I asked that she please not do so and resolve this problem with me and she wouldn't. She told me "we can go in circles all day long, but nobody will help you" and then did finally hang up the call. Then my husband got an email stating the "order had been cancelled" with no apology or any other explanation at all. How horrible of treatment not only to a customer but for a soldier and his family? Really? I hope people read these and do not use this company it is awful!

I called to confirm the delivery later that day. I was told they may not be able to deliver the flowers until the next day! Offering to include an apology letter! These were for my mother's birthday, obviously I was not interested in a free upgrade or an apology note.
Next day - still not delivered.
Next day - still not delivered - but was told they would be soon.
They refused to connect me with a supervisor, customer service repeatedly hung up on me when I tried to call back.
Still no flowers!

TOTAL SCAM!!!! they have hundreds of complaints on yelp and other sites about the same thing! not delivering as promised and still charing and not refunding full cost. their thing is to make money from "service charge of $19.99 and the "handling charge $8. They still have an A+ because I just learned that BBB allows companies to pay for their ratings. BBB is under investigation as well for these unethical practices. this company is unprofessional shady at best! First, I tried to call and was told i would be on hold for "one minute" - more like 10. hung up and ordered online. Then, I ordered a $39.99 flower arrangement for mothers day today and the order came out to $67.98!!! $19.00 service charge and $8.00 handling fee. Not what I had in mind. immediately tried to cancel the order but the website does not provide any way to do that online. I called and was put on hold for nearly 15 minutes, then asked to input my identifying information (name, phone and email) and reason for calling , and was told that a rep would call back. I didn't really want to wait for someone to call back, so i emailed them and I went ahead and called them again. I was on hold for nearly 18 minutes... still no answer! and one hour later no one called us back. I called several times and was put on indefinite hold. finally i got a rep and told her my reason for calling. she then offered to use the cost of the handling fee and the service charges to "upgrade" my order. I politely told her i wasn't interested in upgrading. she then informed me that there would be a cancellation fee that included the cost of service charge $19.99 and the handling fee $8.00!!!! I asked to speak to a manger and she stated, "Actually, I am the manager." my husband overheard the conversation and got on the phone. Sarah, the "manager" refused to wave the service charge stating that we should have cancelled the order right away. my husband explained that we had tried to do just that and explained the situation. she still refused. he then asked to speak with her supervisor, to which she replied she did not have one. my husband then told her that if she did not wave the charges that we would dispute the charges with our credit card company. she said she would fill out some paper work to request a full refund but that she could not guarantee we would get it. great help Sarah! interesting though how we could clearly hear her speaking with someone while she was "filling out paperwork!" still no refund!

I was pleasantly surprised at the prices of their flowers and the quality. I bought roses for my Mom, her favorite pink color. She called me today to say they were beatuiful.
