Provided by YPmobileI purchased a 42ft 5th wheel trailer from autowright add said everything was in working order. Had it shipped via carrier that they recommended. When I open all slides the main one in living room broke two cables. Took it to rv repair place to get fixed cost me 750.00 to fix. Repair place said it looked like someone had worked on slide in past and it was way out of alignment. I canal led mike at autowright to ask him if he knew of any problems with slide. He said he didn't. I was a lite disappointed about getting trailer and having to spend 750.00 on it right after receiving it. He said let me talk to owner and see what he will do. He called back said owner will pay for half of bill. I thought he didn't have to pay anything but was nice enough to help me out a little on it. I think these guys are very honest people that will do what ever it takes to make a customer happy. I also don't think they knew about problem with it was probably bought at auction. Anyway great guys would buy from them again.

Provided by YP.comThey turned my opinion!
So this was going to be a complaint posted on many different sites and organizations. I had a plan to destroy these evil doers. INSTEAD I am writing a compliment. I purchased an RV viewed on Ebay. Purchased prior to closing the auction. When we arrived it wasn't prepped the way I asked and we were unable to check certain things due to lack of utility hook ups and time constraints. . The Dealer (Mike in sales and Jim the Manager) assured me it was as advertised. We took it home. We discovered many problem. Some were just expected with any used vehicle of 12 years old and others were not expected and more serious in nature and expense. I thought boy these guys have me bent over a barrel with just their word to rely on. This vehicle was sold as is. We talked, we argued, found middle reasonable ground and came to a amicable solution. Jim the manager provided some on phone support, determined the issues to be real and them worked out a way to get it fix with only a reasonable amount or effort/expense on my part. So in short, THEIR WORD IS GOOD. It is my belief that if you were to buy a vehicle and had some trouble, you would actually get some help resoling it. 2003 National Trop-ical 37' Diesel pusher

Provided by YP.comI purchased a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo Limited in 2002 for less than a reasonable price. The service was exceptional, family owned, and family treated! I had never had any problems with my Jeep mechanically whatsoever. Unfortunately, August 5, 2007, I was driving in Vermont on vacation, I went off the road and flipped nearly 15 times..it was horrific. I nearly died, but I believe the care in the vehicle when Autowright's purchased it for resale at an auction saved my life. The engine is completely fine, I barely ever did my regular tune ups (shame on me) I guess I did not have too, Autowright's did it right from the get go. I am now looking for another vehicle and I am definately purchasing from this Wonderful Family Owned Auto Dealership. I don't know if Jim, his Wife or his son will see this review but I recommend going to see them for your next used car purchase. Thanks to everyone at Autowright's, I am alive!
