I have been coming here for over two years and hands down this is the cleanest boxing gym in central mass. The staff are friendly and always know me by name and the community they’ve built is amazing. The workout is also unbelievable and I burn almost 700 calories in an hour! It’s fun too and a great stress reliever. Give it a try and you’ll see why the gym is called I love kickboxing! I look forward to coming in two to three times a week.
