Just to give you a sense for how Mark treats his customers, I want to share one of my experiences with him. I came back to Mark to look for wedding bands, and to make a small adjustment to the engagement ring. Mark handled the alteration smoothly at no additional fee, and told me I could have the ring back within a week. The only problem was that I needed the ring sooner for my engagement photos. I asked Mark if there was any way I could have it sooner, and he went the extra mile to get it to me the next day. It was more than kind of him, and was a great gift to my fiancée and I that we won't soon forget.
