I'm glad to say i discovered west boylston antiques. The pawn shops pay far less than he does for silver and gold. I will continue going to him and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell any silver or gold.

I have seen the banner with "we buy gold, highest prices paid" at intersection of rt12 and Pierce st for some time. I stopped, which I shouldnt have, to see what some prices i had may be worth. After being greeted, I was told a piece was junk and dropped back on the counter. I then saw a 14k piece being weighed with a 10k piece. After receiving the news of what my offer was, I said thank you and exited the store. On way out, there was something yelled to me, so I stopped and opened door and stated I did not hear him. He was in front of counter saying "what are you looking for it?" I simply replied, "fair market value". I closed door and heard him yell again, opened it again and stated I did not hear his comment. He said again "what do you want for it?" again, I stated fair market value is what I was looking for, I never did state I wanted to sell the items by the way. I then went to my car and he came into the parking lot still rambling on, something I could not hear. I rolled down window and asked what he was saying, he stated "I thought you said something?". I do not know why I stopped there. So someone can TRY to intimidate me with his poor business ethics? I dont know what other kind of business he is in as I didnt get a chance to look around. I do know I will not be visiting or recommending this place in the future, regardless of what other things might be sold there. If you do stop, i suggest you be on your best behaviour!! do yourself a favor and just keep going....
