For Christmas my husband 2 years ago got me heated seats. They work awesome. This past Christmas my husband bought me a radio/CD, back up camera, Bluetooth etc system. It works amazing. I think the customer service is simply amazing. They took their time showing me how to use the new product and explained until I understood (which was a task in itself...lol) If I need anything else ever, this is the place I will go.
