Very unprofessional and lacks any understanding of service. I was in an accident and the Taunton PD arranged for Perry's to tow my vehicle from the scene. It sat in their yard for several days, and even after I had the, police release form in-hand to gain access to my vehicle, they were never available during standard business hours to give me access. I called, was told that I would receive call backs that never happened.
Finally, over the phone, I got the owner, Mr. Rocha, who was curt and condescending. When I attempted to explain my issues, he got very short with me and threantened to hold my vehicle for another day and not to give him any "s***". I told him not to talk to talk to me that way and asked what kind of service is this. He told me (FACT and exactly as quoted "Go F**K YOURSELF" and slamed the phone down.

Very bad experience the son is a ------- the father gives one price and the son gives another had done business before with the same experience spent a lot of money in wheels and tires and went back for a mirror they do not appreciate repeat business would not recommend them to anyone I guess that's way u never see anyone there very very bad business
