I purchased granite from this company and with the slightest bump it would chip. They told me they could come round out the edge around the sink as that might help. However when I purchased the granite they never told me that the edge I picked out was subject to chipping. They wanted $225 to do the repair. My husband got upset and contacted them and the owner John Rheinschmidt then e - mailed back and said they would do the work for $175. I started the dialogue about this issue in May and it is now July. Twice they were scheduled to do the repair and twice they cancelled. John was to get back to me to set up yet ANOTHER date for the repair and he has failed to call me back. They have terrible customer service and are charging me to make a repair to a sink edge that they knew was prone to chipping when they sold me the granite. My advice is to NOT deal with these folks. Go somewhere else to purchase granite.This company brings in millions and then dishes their customers when there is a problem with the product they sell you. I spent thousands of dollars on granite that chipped within months of when it was installed and wish I had never stepped foot in their store.
