DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

I would not recommend Paul Miller. Bought a car from them about a month ago. 100% satisfied with the car and the price. But the dealership and the service are sub-par to say the least.

They are helpful and friendly only until the contract is signed. From this point on, you are unimportant to them. They do not know how to return phone calls, and have a terrible post-sale customer relationship.

"Please give us a high rating when Honda contacts you (even though we will not return your phone calls and cannot honor our word on service after the sale is made)"

If you are looking for a dealer that is friendly and accommodating pre-signature, and doesn't care after the signature is made, go to paul miller honda!

Knowledgeable salesperson, Simon. You could tell he didn't want to harass us. But, his management forced him to kill us with 2 hours of haggling. I had a max pricepoint that I made clear before we drove 1 hour North. After another hour of haggling with a brusquely sales manager, some backoffice "manager" gave in to our "demands" This was one of the most grueling car sales experiences of my life. Not WORTH it. The finance person made it easy. He was super! However, expect to be stuck there for a good 4 hours if you find something you want. They wanted to shake my hands...congratulations, congratulations.... I was so angry after the purchase that I could not sleep all night. I wanted to rip off the Paul Miller license plate holder and dealer sticker on the car as soon as I got home. You, Paul Miller Honda, did not earn my trust and loyalty to come back when I trade in my 2011 Honda CRV for a Pilot. Will not bother dealing with you again.

Dont waste your time,like I did, purchased a used car from paul miller subaru for 18,700.00$ was told the vehicle was in a minor car accident according to car fax I accepted that, apparently the car had some major issues which I had fixed to the sum of 3,000.00$ now the vehicle cost me 21,700.00$decided to end the nightmare by buying a dependable new car from paul miller honda and explained my ordeal to them,they proceeded to appraise my car and to my surprise they said the car must have been in a bad accident and that they could only give me 8,000.00$ to trade it in but they would try to get me more for my trade after they talked with the head of the sales managers, they assured me I would hear from them within a few hours,needless to say two days later I received a follow up call asking me how my visit to the dealership went and why I didnt buy a vehicle.Well now you know why I did not buy a vehicle!

Beware of the service dept.

We took our brand new honda in for a vibration....we were told we needed new tires and wheel alignment. We asked the service dept just to rotate the tires for us....they charged us the fee and we went on a way. The car was terrible, like nothing had been done. Upon taking the car to another tire business, we discovered, the tires had not been rotated at all. As far as needing new tires.....SERIOUSLY!!. this place is very dishonest.

Buyers BEWARE! This is not a dealership you want to buy your car from. Check the yahoo reveiws and those don't even cover half of it... You want to have a pleasent experience when buying a car with your hard earned money. These managers and sales people are told to do whatever it takes to get the car sold. Once the paperwork is complete, they will chew you up and spit you out. From the managers to the sales associates to everyone else working there. You will be crying once you see how badly they treat you. Don't get me wrong, when you first walk in EVERYONE wants to help you and show you cars and smile BUT when the deal is closed you will regret ever walking in!! I, being a woman called and got a ridiculous quote, I had my father call less then 2 hrs later and they gave him a much lower quote. It just goes to show you what type of scammers you are dealing with.....
