I don't even have their service. The owner Shawn Mclean stopped me at the local land fill and not only verbally but physically assaulted me about another companies trash cans. Now this company has a legal matter of harassment to deal with. This is how they run their business. Don't use their service they will take your money and harass you. The BBB is also contacted.

I just changed to Adk Trash Svce. Didn't realize they picked up trash at 2:45 am. I called to ask if they could pick up after 5am and was told they don't guarantee times and that is why they ask that you leave your container out the night before. Anyone have any idea how disturbing it is to be jolted awake by a garbage truck.. Who in their right mind drives around in a garbage truck before 3 am?! it's unprofessional, inconsiderate and unacceptable. Canceled service!

I have had adirondack trash for one month at my new place. When I asked them to bring trash cart I told them that there would be extra trash, due to moving in and Un packing. Well I didn't receive a bill at all and I get something posted to my barrels and they don't pick up...so i called and told them to come get there cart, we'll shawn the owner called me and called me all kinds of names ..that is a great way to run your business..they didn't pick up thanksgiving and I didn't have trash out early enough the next day which was my fault, so there was two weeks out there today...they told me when I called them black Friday that they would take it all today..then took none..my balance was 77.10..first bill I received was paper on trash bin...

If you are looking for a trash pick up, call Adirondack Trash. I have had them for some time now and NEVER had an issue with them. They are great people and give great service. The price is very reasonable and they will pick up extra for an additional cost, if you let them know ahead. (also very reasonable). After my husband passed away a few years ago, I had a hard time getting the trash down the driveway, so it didn't get picked up for 3 or 4 weeks. They called and asked me if I still wanted the service. I explained my situation and they offered to not charge me for the entire month. That is the kind of people they are. But I said no, they drove all the way out here, it's not their fault I didn't get the trash out and they need to get paid for the gas they wasted to get here every week. Couldn't ask for anyone better to deal with.

hello i think you should know their is a group on facebook that is trashing your company, a woman name jen aubin, mellissa barber marshal,devina herbest, also a customer robert blake he is really bashing the company, their name is north country feedback for sellers an buyers, advising ppl you do not perform your job well an you scream at the customers, you trow trash all over the ground,the list goes on an on but i just wanted you to know what was going on,

Highly reccomend this family owned business, they take their work seriously and are great at what they do. Not only do they provide a great and reliable service, but they are very reliable, friendly, professional and are extremely economical.
