Friendly knowledgeable nd prompt!

The guy that came to do our yard and house was so very thorough. I had hesitate to use this company because of some of the reviews I saw but from what I experienced it was unfounded.

Texted reminders ahead of time notifying when they would be here, on time and prompt, very efficient, very polite and professional. Haven’t had a problem with bugs since early last summer!

Great service and their spray works! They offer to come back for free anytime you see bugs but we never have to call. Their techs are always nice and thorough. Would recommend!!

Aptive has been very good in all the usual areas but what really stands out are the employees. Each technician to date has been exceptional, friendly, knowledgeable, experienced in what they do & careful. Would highly recommend.

The best service I have ever had from Aptive. This gentleman was every bit professional and most UNDERSTANDING and professional. He is a asset to the company. He totally deserved the $20 tip I gave him.

Unsolicited, a Aptive salesman knocked on my door this morning with "your wife said that I should stop by when the red truck was in the driveway." With my wife at work, I surmised that she intended for us to consider Aptive. Short version is that after signing up for an annual contract, I sent a text to my wife to confirm. The reply that I got was "I told him that we weren't interested and he shouldn't bother coming back." Yeah, bad on me a little for not knowing. I'll be sending that Notice of Cancellation in just as fast as I can get it printed, signed, and get to a scanner.

Aptive may have a good product and may in fact, as many of the comments suggest, provide decent service. That said, training your sales folk to be straight-up liars ain't likely a good brand awareness strategy.

Michael Miller did an excellent job protecting our home from insects. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating, and explained each step in the process as he did it.

This was a totally unsolicited "Door To Door Pest Control" solicitor. -- Now, why didn't I believe it when he stated: "Their trained inspectors found termites in my neighbor's home, and would I like them to inspect my home?"

Garrett was very professional and friendly! He answered all my questions. He arrived promptly and completed work in a timely fashion. I would recommend this service to everyone.

Jordan from Aptive was great. Very prompt and professional, I really don't know what more you could ask for. He was thorough with all that he did to help control my monster bug problem. Also, the sales rep Eric was knowledgeable as well and I usually can't stand being bothered at my door. Give them a try if you're looking for pest control. - Jim A.

All techs, including Damen Steele were professional, polite and arrived as scheduled. I asked that they call before coming, and they have. They put on their booties before entering my home. the only thing I don’t like is that I have to ask every time for them to come inside to spray my home. I would preferr it be a part and automatic part of the contract. Other then that, I very happy. I find LOTS of dead bugs. So it’s working.

Bad Experience. Rather than fixing the bug situation they seemed to make it worse. This is my first experience with a pest control company and I went against my better judgment by opting for a door-to-door salesman. Please look at the attached contract they ask you to sign. This is one of the worst contracts I signed. Please do not make the same mistake I did and look at the contract carefully before you sign up. Also, look at some of the other reviews. I can identify with all of the bad ones. Some of the good ones also indicate problems. In my case the pest just seemed to move into the house and got worse. Our dogs all got flees, which was what we were trying to protect against. Please look at the attached contract before making your decision. They said they showed up on JULY 4th to make their second application, but we were there all day having a party and did not see him come around, but I still got a bill in the mail. Their billing department is exceptional. They do seem to have an outstanding call center, but their ability to get rid of bugs is not as reliable.

The tech that came today finished the job the first tech did not do on Monday, cleaning up all the spider webs around the house.He did a good job. His name was Damen Steele. Neither tech let me know they were here though -I would like for the techs to ring the doorbell and let me know when they come because I have a dog that I don't want out when they come.

My service technician was Dustin Hensley, who serviced my property in Bellevue, KY. I was called ahead of his arrival, and he arrived on schedule. He explained the service to me, got right to work, and finished in a timely manner. He was completely professional and polite at all times. He shared information on repeat service and how to handle any problems. I am completely sold on Aptive! MaryAnne D.
