Skeptical company. Very much a mediocre carpet company. Well medicated sales people and a untrust worthy scamming Owner. The carpet samples that are shown from Empire Today are selected by customers and when installers pick carpet up its a lesser quality and cheaper material.

I called John Brown Carpet trying to find Mohawk Wood and laminate floor cleaner. I had already called 6 flooring companies with no success. Mr. Brown offered to order a case and sell me a gallon. I had previously ordered it online, and the shipping cost was prohibitive. Not only did he charge me the same amount I had paid on the internet, he did not charge for shipping and delivered it to my door. His great customer service included updating me with a delivery estimate and calling to arrange delivery at my convenience. He really went above and beyond my expectations.

I have been using John Brown Carpets/John Brown Carpet and Flooring for over 15 years, and I have always received superior quality customer service and exceptional flooring. This company has continually shown me the highest level of professionalism. I recommend John Brown Carpets/John Brown Carpet and Flooring for any types of flooring needs, including hard surface products that you may want. Even if you have an insurance claim, they are happy to resolve those issues as well. I know that they do residential and commercial work -- whatever you need, they can do it.
