Lbs Busing

I live too close to Lakota Plains Jr High for my daughter to receive Lakota busing. LBS busing advertises "safe" transportation to public school. I signed my daughter up on 8/8/2014 to receive busing from this company and paid $150 at the time of sign up. Cost for this busing is $150/month. Late in the day on 8/19/2015, less than two days before the first day of school, I received her bus pick up time and place. It was to be at 6:45am (even though school starts at 7:30 and is less than a mile away) and she was to wait at the end of my neighborhood where it meets rt 747. I do not consider this "safe" as advertised to have my 12 yr old child alone at a bus stop, in the dark, on the side of a major road with a lot of traffic. I called to cancel immediately and was told I could not receive a refund. The office manager, Carol, was extremely rude and I do not understand how any company can get away with this.
