This is the absolute worst McDonald's restaurant I have ever EVER been to. Let me add, I am 67 years old and have been to many McDonald's in my life.
I have had several bad experiences at this location, but being the optimist that I am (and given the convenient location of this particular restaurant) I keep trying, hoping for better results.
Today's fiasco involved a hard as a hockey puck, burnt BLACK egg McMuffin. I cannot believe they had the nerve to actually serve this inedible sandwich. I only wish I had taken a picture of the black charred English muffin before handing it back. I will NEVER make the mistake of visiting this particular restaurant again. I will go out of my way to visit the McDonald's on Mason-Montgomery Rd., which is always excellent.
