I have used this studio for several yrs and spent several hundred $$$ but haven't had a good experience in a while. The quality of photographer has really diminished. There has always been quite a wait to actually take the shots even with an appt time but it is no longer worth it. The photographer we had the last time and a previous time, a woman with spiked hair and unusual piercings, is very awkward and doesn't connect well with kids. I have grade school kids and a toddler. She used a ratted dirty stuffed animal and tennis ball to get my toddler's attention...FAR from innovative. We went mid-morning, his happiest time of day, and she got less than 10 shots with a faint closed-mouth smile in one pose, one background before he was bored and started to cry. And she was so quick to say I need to reschedule. Really? He belly laughs everyday by just saying silly gibberish words to him. But if I have to do the work to get a smile, he's looking away from the camera. There was one other customer there getting photos taken and two other employees but they didn't help. The manager was busy chatting about his golf game. With similar issues consistently over the past few visits, I know now it's definitely not a fluke. HUGE waste of time! Don't Bother!!

I went here hearing how good this place is with my baby & 3 yr old, however was totally disappointed. The girl who took our pictures was a high school student, didn't know any thing about babies, was insistent on making my 5 month old 'sit' in all pictures, even after telling her that she cannot sit by herself yet. in 50% of the pictures, the head was cut, she even pictured my 3 yr old yawning! I would not recommend this place.
