My husband and I found our dream home and we were very excited about it. We started working with John Miller. Then slowly we started realizing that he didn't have a clue what he was doing (this was about 30days in) We surpassed two closing dates. Then on the third closing he ignored all of our phone calls and messages. It wasn't until I talked with his receptionist and flipped out about how unprofessional it was for him to act like a child, then magically he was available to talk. He was stringing us along for a whopping 94 days. Then we told him we were done. We should not have had to deal with so much emotional torture all because someone can't do their job right.

With the housing market the way it is, we were a little apprehensive about approaching a Cincinnati mortgage broker. But my friend recently bought a home and we thought we'd try out The Mortgage Network of Ohio at his recommendation. We were able to sell our home and buy the home we had our sights set on and it all went easier than we expected . If we ever decide to buy another home, we're definitely going back to Jeff Steinacker, a true professional who really knows his stuff.
