Do not go here for an oil change!

The first time I showed up to have my oil change, I had to wait 10 minutes just to be told that they didn't have enough people that day. So I drove back home without an oil change.

The next day I called in the morning and was told to come in at 2-ish, but when I showed up I was again told that they couldn't do an oil change for me, and advised me to just keep trying again.

Very unprofessional, terrible service. Go somewhere else where they can keep their appointmetns and care about customer service.

Shannon is awesome! He is so attentive to every individual needs. I was involved in a rear-end collision and he made every step easy for me. He called me with updates about my car and handled the insurance company directly. He made sure I was 100% satisfied when I left. My car has never looked better! I will always return here due to the great service I was provided by Shannon & the rest of his crew!

Shannon and the guys are awesome. I drive my stuff all the way from Milford to them because I know they'll be honest with me. For example I took my daughter's Mazda 6 in for a problem, which he honestly told me wasn't worth fixing based on the age and value of the car. And he gave me tips on how to keep the car running smoothly in the mean time. I was prepared to pay for an engine rebuild and he talked me out of it. Anyway, definitely give him a try. All you have to do is look at his parking lot and the cars in process to know he does good work - the parking lot is full!

I heard about this place through a recommendation. I took my car here because the check engine light was on. I spent $500 that day. Today I got in my car and, surprise, the check engine light is back on. So I went back, they fixed something else, I paid another $250, and the next day, lo and behold, there is the check engine light. Unbelievable. I will not be taking my car here again and I would not recommend it. I only give them two starts because their waiting room is nice.
