We are so very pleased with our master bathroom remodeled by Chester County Kitchen and Bath. In addition, we had 2 smaller bathrooms updated with shower doors and counter tops. Nathan, who lead the project and Bill and Osara Hyde who did ALL the construction including plumbing, electric, tiling and painting made the project far less painful than we anticipated such a job would be. Nathan helped us through the design and quickly responded to our concerns or questions. He regularly came to the house to check on the progress of the project. The Hydes were always prompt, polite, trustworthy and had pride of workmanship. They had suggestions and advice that saved us from making some design mistakes and willingly accommodated our “add-ons” and unanticipated extras. Even when glitches arose which are expected in such a project, their attitude was always to make it right. The project was completed on time despite an unexpected retiling of a secondary shower stall. CCK&B and the Hydes showed us quality customer service and worked with us to create a beautiful master bath within our budget.

We just got Chester County Kitchen and Bath to remodel our bathroom. The contractor was Bill and Orasa Hyde. While we had a few issues with Chester County, the shower door being installed backward, phone calls not returned promptly, this review focuses on Bill and his wife Orasa Hyde. What wonderful people. Clean, professional and meticulous in their work. I cannot tell you how wonderful they are. Best contractor I have ever dealt with in 20 years. We are getting them, back next year to redo our kitchen. The quality of their work is second to none. If you ever get Chester County to remodel ask for them by name and do not settle for anyone else. Bill and his wife saved our remodel.

Our master bathroom rennovation was recently completed by Chester County Kitchen and Bath. The entire project, from working with Mitchell on the design, to selecting tile and fixtures from very knowledgeable and helpful salepeople to the expert workmanship of Bill and Orasa Hyde was a pleasure. We ran into a few glitches along the way (thru no fault of CCKB) but Bill was quickly and efficiently able to come up with plan B and proceed without missing a beat. From demolition to the final inspection, our satisfaction was their #1 priority. They were a joy to work with. I would highly recommend CCKB and Bill and Orasa Hyde.

We just had our master bath remodeled by CCKB, via the team of Bill & Orasa Hyde. The experience was a pleasure and the workmanship is flawless. I appreciated the fact that they did all of the work themselves and that they were so personable, knowledgable and professional. We just completed a total remodel of our kitchen and master bath. Chester County Kitchen and Bath did a fabulous job. I would highly recommend them for any remodel job. Their level professionalism and hands on approach made the entire process a pleasure. Communication is always first in their approach. Mitchell designed our rooms and listened to our wants and needs, then made it happen. Bill and Orasa Hyde did all the tile work for our remodel and they are perfectionists. Outstanding work. Every one of their subcontractors is a craftsman. Their work is exceptional. We would recommend and certainly use CCKB again.

I just recently called CC Kitchen and Bath with a question about mold growth in our master bath. Bill and Orasa Hyde completed both our master and children's bath 3 years ago. They came out the next day to address our concern and fix the problem. Even though it has been 3 years they were very responsive and helpful. Thank you Bill and Orasa for not only giving us beautiful bathrooms but also for your follow up!

The staff worked with me to create a bathroom that I love everyday because it is so functional as well as beautiful. It was a no brainer to have them back when it was time to do the kitchen.

We are completely thrilled with the remodel of our kitchen and mud room by CCKB last year! We had a plan in mind and they worked with us to bring our vision to reality. The level of professionalism and the quality of the workmanship was top notch from everyone involved -- the staff in the office, the carpenters, the plumbers, the electricians, the painters -- everyone! I would recommend them for a kitchen remodel in a heartbeat and I look forward to using them again when we have further remodeling needs.

Using Chester County Kitchen and Bath to remodel my kitchen was the best decision I ever made. They literally demolished and rebuilt my kitchen. The pricing was very fair and reasonable, the work was quick, the workers were professional, knowledgeable and kind (they even explained what they were doing to my very curious kids!). We recent had the guest bathroom redone in our home. We worked with Eric at CCKB. He was amazing. He was patient and work closely with us. My wife had a lot of ideas about colors and matching items and it was great to walk into the showroom and get to mix and match to her hearts content. He responses to us via email were fast and complete.

The work was done with 1 week. We had been given an estimate of 2 weeks or more but the 2 gentleman who came in were fast. The only down side I would give is that were too fast and rushed some things. These were sub-contractors and not employees of CCKB. I would not recommend the sub-contractors due to that. CCKB worked with us to fix a couple of issues after they were done. Would definitely recommend CCKB to anyone.

We recently moved and completed 3 phases of work in our new home. The phases included hard wood flooring throughout first and second floor and powder room, new kitchen, renovation of basement including bathroom, gym and office space. Throughout all 3 phases, CCKB were professional and attentive. John Noland did a great job at design and making sure we were all in agreement before signing off on work. We had several small changes with cabinetry in the kitchen that were handled with minimal impact to the timeline. The kitchen is beautiful. The basement had a few challenges but the design and finished product is stunning. CCKB worked with us to complete all aspects of the basement to our satisfaction at no additional cost to us. We would recommend the team (plumber, carpenter, electrician and tile installer) - all professional and great guys, We would recommend CCKB for renovations to any home.

We just completed a 2 1/2 month project with Chest County Kitchen & Bath for a major redesign-renovation of our kitchen, breakfast area and dining room. We really did our homework, seeking advice from online reviews, Angie's list, friends and family etc. We interviewed 7 contractors, but 2 never submitted bids as it was too complicated for them. Among the five, there was no contest! We selected CCK&B because they were absolutely professional every step of the way and they had our complete confidence.



John Noland produced great CAD plans that brought the project to life. They listened carefully, made great suggestions on the design, and had a complete team of craftspeople to address every need. I found their pricing to be fair, toward the upper end of the price range, but worth the cost - everything was true quality. Everyone who has seen the change is amazed at the transformation and I know our family will enjoy this for years to come.

Bill and Orsas are a hands on contractors. They walk with you every step of the way. They are very helpful and polite. They do outstanding work and clean up every day . I would definetly contact them again for any work I needed done around my condo. My new bathroom looks amazing and I Love it. Thank you Bill and Orasa.

We scheduled an appointment with John. He NEVER showed up after we rearranged our schedule to fit into his prevacation timeframe. An hour after he was due to arrive, we called the company. No answer. We left a message. Three and a half hours after our schedule appointment, he called to say he totally forgot and was "going away on vacation, so he wouldn't be able to get back to us for awhile."

The next day after my complaint call, the main office called me back. Instead of apologizing for the mistake, she sided with John and mentioned that, "At least he called!" WHAT?! Yeah, he called....three hours after his scheduled appointment. TOTALLY DISRESPECTFUL. Will never call again.











Just wanted to let you know I left this review on several websites. When companies are this disrespectful, it deserves to be known.

Bill and Orasa Hyde remodeled our bathroom this summer - the work was outstanding, the attention to detail was amazing, and we are thrilled with the result. All the workers were polite, and the site was cleaned up every day. The work was done on time, within the budget, and the end result is better than we expected. I will definitely hire them again for additional projects! Thank you Bill and Orasa - we LOVE our new bathroom!
