Greystone Hall is such an elegant setting for a wedding reception. It is a timeless and classic place where the grounds and the Hall are really spectacular. Our guests commented during and after the reception about the venue and asked us how we found such an incredible place. I would highly recommend Greystone Hall for most events but particularly for wedding receptions. The staff makes sure your event runs smoothly and on schedule - they are wonderful. The price tag seems steep but you do save some money on the caterers that they use so it somewhat evens out. At times it seems like the policies that the florists, caterers, musicians etc. have to observe are pretty strict but they have been put in place to maintain the beauty of the venue. Ultimately, choosing Greystone is worth it. Our only disappointment was that the reception couldn't last longer!

CEREMONY: All I needed was white horses and my fairy tale wedding would have been complete. The ceremony was from a storybook. Greystone Hall was a perfect setting. RECEPTION: We felt like Charles and Diana getting married in a castle. Greystone Hall is the most beautiful place in Chester County!

Note that Greystone maintains a list of "approved" vendors, and they charge a fee if you use anyone not on the list. We didn't mind except that Jellyroll wasn't on the approved band list - all the other vendors were a pleasure (and we ended up pleased with our band too). The requirement also means all the vendors are already familiar with the site, which - particularly for the florist - made it easier to talk through the event with them.

Greyestone and the Greystone crew were incredible from beginning to end. The wedding was everything we could have dreamed of and more. Beyond the beauty of the venue which cannot be described and which speaks for itself, they were so helpful and responsive throughout the process and they really took the time to make sure everything went smoothly and as planned. Incredibly grateful to them and can't even adequately convey just how happy we were to have found Greystone, Elizabeth and the rest of the team.

Greystone is the most amazing wedding/reception venue. It is a little on the pricey side, but very much worth it. They are considered "strict" by some people. Perhaps they are, but they are well experienced with this line of work. Therefore, they provide you with a list of approved vendors you can use. This was very helpful to me, as it narrowed down all of the vendors and I knew they had an excellent reputation. This is an amazing place if you are thinking of hosting a black tie event!!

Greystone Hall was the perfect setting for our June wedding. From the lush gardens, to the magnificent mansion, Greystone Hall transported us to a place where dreams are made. Our guests said it rivaled a hollywood movie set. Everyone was in awe. Greystone Hall attended to every detail and created memories that we will cherish for a lifetime. If you are looking for the perfect venue; this is it. We're looking forward to the day when we can renew our vows at Greystone Hall.

Greystone is a lovely estate with beautiful grounds. There was a private area for guests of all ages to sit, mingle, or just enjoy natures surroundings if they did not want to dance. The staff were extremely receptive to ideas and how to implement them.

Beautiful venue! We had a beautifil wedding and Elizabeth is great to work with. She is very responsive to any questions or concerns and is happy to send any information I needed such as pictures of specific things at the venue or measurements (since I was planning the wedding from FL). She is deflinitely and pro and our wedding went off flawlessly. They have it down to a science. Beautiful pictures, it would be hard to have a bad one there! Our guests had nothing but rave reviews! It was a perfect day. We had our ceremony on site as well as a rehearsal there. All top notch.

Greystone Hall, in West Chester, PA is a jewel hidden in the heart of a five hundred acre estate. At arrival, guests drive along a scenic and romantic road when suddenly the magnificent mansion, surrounded by beautiful English gardens, appears. It is an amazing site to see! We had the ceremony in the garden, the cocktail hour in a garden behind the mansion, and the reception on the tent-covered front terrace - with an amazing view of the gardens. The first floor of the mansion was open to all guests to enjoy. Greystone has its own list of approved vendors and we were very satisfied with each one we worked with. The site rental fee at Greystone gave us "sticker shock" at first, but considering the overall value, was completely worth it. We worked with Elizabeth and she was wonderful to work with. She was very helpful during planning of the wedding and was very responsive whenever we asked any question. On the wedding day, Elizabeth and the team executed the plan beautifully and flawlessly. All we had to do was to relax and enjoy it. Our guests are still talking about how magnificent the wedding and the location was. Overall, our wedding was everything we had hoped for.

Greystone Hall was everything we wanted and more for our June wedding. Elizabeth was a pleasure to work with and was there every step of the way to answer any questions that came up. We selected the venue as it allowed us to hold an elegant garden ceremony and reception all in one place. Our guests could not get over how gorgeous Greystone Hall was, picture perfect in every way! We would recommend this venue to any couple looking for something different.

Greystone Hall is an elegant setting that offers the best of all worlds to a bride,groom and their guests. The mansion is large but very warm and inviting at the same time. It includes intimate areas for conversation, a pleasant unified area for a large group to dine, an amazing backdrop for indoor and outdoor photographs. and an old world ambiance that is unsurpassed. Every lawn, side garden, terrace, room has an understated style and lends to a feeling of being at home in a different era. You never feel like you are at a catering hall or museum because this truly is a home. Elizabeth and Michael, the staff that assist with your planning, are knowledgeable and very easy to work with throughout the process. They made our day flawless and I recommend Greystone and their staff without reservation.

My ceremony and reception was at Greystone Hall and it was the most magical, stunning, memorable affair. Greystone offers a picturesque place to be married and have your reception and it truly such a unique place. The mansion is so beautiful and the whole night felt like my husband and I were hosting our own magnificent dinner party with our closest friends. Elizabeth, the owner of Greystone, is a dream to work with and knows the venue inside and out and is there to make your dream day come true. I highly recommend Greystone Hall to any bride who is looking for an out of this world venue that is unlike any offered in the Chester County area. A magical, magical, place. Truly, I cannot recommend this place more.

Our wedding reception at Greystone Hall was even more beautiful than we imagined! The venue was perfect for an early December wedding. The cocktail hour was held in the house and the guests were able to mingle and wander through the beautifully decorated rooms. The house was tastefully decorated for the holiday season. Dinner was held on the tented patio, the tent was well lit and heated (December wedding) multiple guests told us that they didn't even realize they were in a tent! We received compliments from our guests regarding the venue. Elizabeth was wonderful to work with and assisted with any questions we had regarding the entire process! I would highly recommend Greystone Hall to anyone who is looking for a elegant and unique venue for a classic wedding.

Greystone Hall was the perfect place for our wedding. Elizabeth was absolutely wonderful with helping plan all of the details for our wedding day. The hall was beautiful and we had the best reception!! Greystone Hall far exceeded all of our expectations. The rooms were all beautiful, inside and out. Our guests loved the location and were very impressed. We could not have picked a better venue for our wedding.

This venue was magical. It couldn't have been better. I am so happy that I had my ceremony and reception here. There was no other location that I wanted.

Everything was beautiful, and people are still talking about how amazing the benue was. I believe additional friends and relatives will use your venue in the future.

This facility is a perfect setting for an historic Chester County manor wedding, almost Gatsby-esque like. Our daughter's wedding was a storybook affair at this location. I'd do it again in a heart beat.
