The biggest waste of money, a huge scam.

I used it and I moved into a 4 br house in Philadelphia one week later, I have never had a problem with it, the list is there and it's up to me to find something off of it. I assure you, it is not a total ripoff.

My three children and I needed to find a place by months end. I was laid off of my job and my ex-husband was not paying any child support. My wonderful landlords dealt with it as long as they could and allowed us to stay in our Springfield home for months’ rent free. But then they started not being able to pay their own bills with the loss of the rent money and told me I had to find another place to live since I couldn’t pay the rent. They actually signed me up with Locators and paid for it! Locators have a $99.00 thirty day program. With money as tight as it is, it was hard to stay in a good school district; $750.00 a month for 2 bedrooms doesn’t go far in the high end Delaware county towns. After 2 weeks, I was almost resigned that I would have to move to an area with not so great schools, but then I found a place in Broomall which is a great school district! We moved in a month ago and are very grateful. Thank you to my old Landlords for signing me up with Locators!

they take advantage of people in dire needs of finding a place and 'GUARANTEE' a no questions asked money back guarantee, DO NOT fall for it as I did, I was scammed once and swore I would never fall for it again. All I can say is watch out for anything that sounds to good to be true because it is not!!!! They are just a bunch of smooth talking crooks who come to find out are under investigation for the way they mislead people and dupe them into this service so, STAY AWAY and look for yourself you will find something out there on your own!!!

Your really just wasting your money and throwing it away. in my mind I thought they would be more helpful but i found a place that wasnt even on their listings. And they told me its so easy to find a place with the qualities i was looking for, but they really weren't much help. I'd rather not ever do that again, well i learned for next time i guess. But your better off looking for yourself than through their listing providings.

I kept seeing rental listings in our newspaper that were really inexpensive for our area, my husband & I are just starting out so we gave them a call. We spoke to Stewart & then Sean, both were nice but a little too friendly I thought. I was very skeptical, they said it costs $250 but they were having a special & it was $195, 30 money back guarantee, that they work with private landlords. They said we had to sign a contract but they "couldn't print it until after we paid." But we fell for it b/c we wanted to find a place fast. The catch is, its a 90 day money back guarantee & you have to use their list atleast 3x week & send a written request for money back after 90 days but b4 105 days, you also have to send a utility bill as proof. None of the listings you see advertised are on the list, they just say those ads didn't meet your search requirements. They charge you extra if you want to change your search. None of the listings were in our area, it was only 4 pages & its hardly ever updated. There might have been about 10 private landlords on the list, many are just apt. complexes which we didn't want. Almost everything is out of our price range, they search things in increments of $400, if you're looking to only spend $1000 your list shows everything up to $1400, and for us everything was too expensive nothing like the ads that we initially called about. So now we have to choose, do we stay to get our money back in 90days so we don't look like a total dumba** or just live & learn & move anyway. Also they're not even accredited with the BBB, total scam stay away. Even tho there are good reviews for them, its probably the people in the office typing them b/c they are scum and their day will come

I was really hesitate to sign up with anyone charging a fee to help me find a house to rent, but after looking on my own for months and still being unable to find anything in a decent area because of my unusual requirements, I decided to give it a whirl! I was not disappointed. It took me about 3 weeks to find and get approved by the landlord but I found an acceptable place to live. It’s a really cute 2 Br in the country that is handicap assessable with the landlord living on the property so I’m not in the country all alone. My new landlord is great and has been so helpful and nice; I feel blessed.

1) They say "Money Back Guarantee" But believe me it is not true.

2) They come up with some reasoning that doesn't make sense so you don't get your money back

3) I don't think anyone would want to live in any of the places that were listed cause they were run down
