I highly regret that I have but one star to give this absolute travesty of professionalism.
When this 3rd party consultant demanded a refund for lack of communication, I went through my records and saw that he had missed the bulk of the detailed reviews. When I decided not to refund him the requested amount, his response was to call me a dumb monkey and threaten to slander my company.

Thankfully, the client in the case clarified that Kevin Cooney, the owner of this business, is no longer allowed to speak on his behalf.

Unless you are a professional zoo keeper, a furry, or just into horrible customer experiences I would not recommend
