I was due for an oil change, and complimentary wash and vacuum, on my 2014 ILX and was in and out in less than an hour (no appointment necessary). The service team was extremely accommodating and friendly. The waiting room offers free WiFi, big screen TV, couches, and Starbucks coffee (huge plus for me). Great experience!

I had a service reminder on my MDX (A16), dove in without an appointment and was in and out within an hour. Great service!

I had a very small problem which I needed Acura service to look at.



I called Monday late afternoon. Spoke to Nick. Said to bring it in first thing Tuesday. When I arrived, the Service team already knew I was coming and was ready to address the problem I was in and out within an hour.. Kudos to Bao and Lee and the entire team.

I stopped in without an appointment. That was not a problem, and the service was completed in less time than expected. One of the service managers noticed I was working on my laptop (free wifi) and offered me a table nearby to make working easier. Very friendly and accommodating.

Very easy to schedule, and they called when they noticed my inspection was coming up to get that done with the same appointment!

I shopped at multiple Mazda's before purchasing from Piazza Mazda. They were the most willing to negotiate on price. The service department does a good job and are generous with coupons.

I just leased my first new car, a Mazda 3, and I've been very happy with everyone and everything at Piazza Mazda. They explained everything in my lease to me clearly and patiently and I appreciated that. I went for my first oil change yesterday, which they performed free of charge, and was pleased to have only waited 20 minutes and then was off to work on time. I'd recommend them to friends.

I bought my Mazda 3 in 2004 from Piazza Mazda and have taken it to Paul and his service staff ever since. The service is always great and I have never been made to feel uncomfortable or unsure of what they are doing on the car. I had such a great experience my brother also bought a Mazda 3 in 2007 and has had a great experience as well. I would suggest this dealership to everyone.

Great service. Always easy to schedule a service appt. When you arrive, the check in is quick and easy. After checking in, you wait in a clean waiting room that includes a tv, coffee, water, soda, tea and light snacks. There is also free wireless. The service is always completed sooner than promised and they are good about informing you of issues, but not pressuring you to fix them; rather, they educate you as to what may or may not be necessary at the time. I bought my car here in 2006 and have continued to service it here ever since. Car is running great 7 years later. Thank you, Piazza Acura of West Chester!

I brought my car in for repair services. I received a loaner car as promised. The repairs were done quickly and I was able to pick up my car the same day. Gail was very helpful and pleasant to work with.

The Piazza Acura of West Chester dealership has always given me excellent service. I would recommend them highly. The service waiting time is always short which is important to me since I have a very tight schedule. I am in and out in no time.
