Friendly, knowledgable service without any pressure to purchase

Went to Scott Honda to purchase a new honda civic. Choose scott for a couple of reasons, one being Me and my husband always see scott honda stickers on cars and remembered the name, also seemed like one of the largest inventories around. We did shop around at a couple of different dealers but liked the Scott environment and the ongoing following up from Ed during our car search. Scott also had the most competitive price we could find. The car color combination that I wanted was not on the lot at the time but it did show on the inventory list, found out that it was not there yet and the delivery was pushed back. We were then told that the car was there but was not and continued to wait day after day to hear from Ed where this car actually was and when it would arrive. It did not show for the next expected arrival date either, was told it was in transit from Delaware but then again only disappointed to find out that it was not on the delivery truck . Ed was great and kept us informed with whatever he could find out but it still took days before he could get a definitive answer from someone higher up. The car ended up arriving one day before the final expected arrival date. Ed was great with us the night of pickup and Azad was also very nice to work with doing all of the paperwork, he explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. Overall was a good experience at Scott and would recommend to friends and family. Appreciate all of the ongoing follow up from Ed Pollack during the search and now after the purchase.

Probably the best experience buying a new car, and I've bought about 20 in my life.

Brian was excellent as was the finance person. However, the wait to meet with the finance person was excessive. I don't quite understand why you can't fill in a credit application and come back at a specific time.

Leasing the car was not stressful and our salesman was very helpful in explaining what was involved with leasing. Just don't like negotiating for price!!
