Sheller oil has been my grandmother’s choice for years. Once she became ill, I have had to rely upon a dependable oil company. I have yet to have any problems, I believe I always speak to Debbie. What a pleasant, kind, and helpful staff member!

I have never had anything less than an excellent experience with Sheller Oil & Propane. The services they provide to us always meet my expectations.

Sheller Oil is an absolutely superb company. I just moved to Malvern and needed my propane tank filled. They were there the next day as promised. Best pricing in the area, no extra fees, and very simple and straight-forward billing. A week later I scheduled a tune-up for my HVAC system without realizing that the previous owner had it serviced before leaving. The technician discovered this, told my wife, and had the work order cancelled with no charge!!! Blew my mind. Incredible integrity and honesty, which is hard to come by these days. Well, Steve and his crew just earned a long-term customer. Thanks guys!

Using Sheller for the past 35 years, NEVER any issues whatsoever. As they state 24/7 coverage, very true. Service manager always helpful. Too bad review star isn't a 10.

Amen Shanna. I just moved into the South West area of PA and wanted to pay over the phone with a credit card. I was told I couldn't until I set up an account that had to be done in person. I was almost out of oil and couldn't leave work to do so. I quickly did a Google search and found a company that was GREAT and had no problem helping me get oil and all done over the phone.

I won't lie, I had nice service with this company for 3 years and last year they came out and put oil in my tank and took me over my budget by like 1500.00. You would think besides the bill they would let you know you were going over but no not until the damage was done . Very convenient for them. The financial woman there is a nightmare and very rude. Obviously never has been in this situation or had to struggle. Instead of helping and listening and understanding one income and Christmas for your kids isn't easy she very cold heartedly told me she didn't care and she didn't want to hear it. Because of her I would be embarrassed to recommend anyone to this oil company. These kinds people are the reason for corporate America. Small business's don't know how to treat people and corporate will do anything they can. That's my review!

Great locally owned company!!! Get my heating oil delivered and heater/ac serviced by Sheller. If you are looking for a company that is there when you need them look no further.

I was completely surprised when I had a sheller tech out after midnight on what seemed like the coldest night of this past year. Even after calling so late they were still pleasant and had me warm in no time. And to top off i didnt pay a dime because it was covered by my service contract.

They will consistently fill your tank, but they only see you as a dollar sign. Long story short, this company will make it difficult for you to schedule your tune ups, leading to costly service calls (and on top of paying for a contract). Do yourself a favor and steer clear.

Great Locally owned and operated company. I have been using Sheller Oil Company for over 15 years. It's nice to deal with the same people year after year. They are great to work with, and I would highly recommend them for oil delivery, service or installations.

I like the fact that real people answer the phone when you call Sheller Oil Company. I was referred to Sheller from a friend and I am glad that I went with them. After three years of outstanding service I would not have any other company deliver my oil or service my heater and air conditioner. If you want 1st class service Sheller Oil is the company to choose.

I have been using Sheller for quite some time now and use them not only for oil but for HVAC services as well.They are a local, family oriented company that has bee serving the area for years. When you call them, it is obvious that they take pride in their quality service.I feel good about the fact that I can go into the office and talk with the owner if necessary.They offer professional, expert service and are only a phone call away. They are very competitive with their pricing and often offer discounts for long time customers as well as new customers. There is a big difference between the large, non personal companies & this locally owner service oriented family owned business! I will refer them over & over!
