Thieves that don't deserve a single star!!! This is the best way I could describe this rip off business. They towed my vehicle without any kind of notice, lost hubcaps and overcharged on top of that. Their staff is totally unprofessional, rude and doesn't care about anything but to rip you off. Whoever owns and operates this alleged business should be ashamed of themselves. Such a disgrace to the industry and community they should be put out of business and locked up for ripping people off.

I just had West End Towing show up to my house to tow my car. First of all, they were supposed to call before hand and did not. Then an older gentleman showed up to my house and was awfully demeaning toward me. I am a 25 year old woman and I felt I was being spoken to like a complete idiot. He was basically laughing in my face and treating me like I had no brains. He towed my car just fine but I will be using a different towing company that treats women with a little more respect in the future.

I waited in their service area for upwards of 20 minutes before being helped, overcharged, rude, was literally laughed at by the younger driver, SPARE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE
