Aptive agents Aaron and Morgan have been to service my house so far. They were both prompt ,courteous and very thorough. Completely satisfied with the service to date, anxious to see when the cold weather comes if the pests return to the inside of the house.

Please stay far away from Adaptive Environment. I called in January to cancel my service. I was told that I had one last appointment in April to finish up my contract. This morning (July 17th) my credit card was debited for another service. When I called to complain they claimed they didn't have a record of me canceling and they would not refund me. I explained my situation but they would not reverse the charges. Now I have to go through my credit card company to reverse the charges. The lady on the phone was VERY nice, but unfortunately, it seems that management does not understand the value of customer service and avoiding potential problems. This is absolutely the wrong way to run a business. A lot of my neighbors use their service as well, I will be letting them know about the way this was handled as well

Great service from Craig M. He came in on time, explained what he will be doing, then proceeded to implement. Was done within 30 minutes, let me know, and asked if I have any questions.

AMERICA was the tech. that assisted in placing the pest control substances around the house. He was very friendly and very meticulous in setting the substance all over, even places I didn’t imagine it would.

JimmyW was my Tech. What a nice guy. Talked about any hot spots we were having. Told him a saw a few ants by the back door (not like the hundreds we had before Aptive. Jimmy was very kind to my little dogs who ran out to the backyard to help. He stopped what he was doing to pet and talk to them. Very impressed with this young man.

Brian is courteous and friendly. He asks if we need anything in addition to the tasks he will be performing. Brian works quickly but does a thorough job. We’re grateful to have found Aptive and recommend them to anyone looking for a Pest Control service.

Tony Fischer was very professional, courteous, and helpful. He came to the door to let me know he was there to do our scheduled pest control service. He confirmed whether I wanted indoor and outdoor application. After he completed the application he came to the door to let me know he was done and to ask if there was anything else he could help with. He was very pleasant and informative.

Ryan Stickler was polite and professional. Explained what products he was using for different areas and answered my questions. Glad I'm not getting ants in the kitchen since I started with Aptive.

Patrick Grimes is a very nice and friendly guy. He did exactly what needed to be done and asked if there was anything else we needed him to do before he left. He was also on time and very thorough. Aptive thank you for having such a responsible technician working for you!
