This was an unpleasant experience. I was told that the job would be done in two to three days. After not receiving my computer back for over one week we finally got it back and it still was not working properly. We once again contacted the company for an explanation. We were then told we would need to spend more money on top of the $130 we already spent. The virus was still in the computer. We feel the job was not completely done. I do not recommend "Computer Guys" for anyone that want satisfactory service.
