I have had 5 visits here with Jerod. When I came in my running times were not where I would have liked them to be and I was getting injured from time to time. My posture improved immensely and I notice the difference when I walk and run. My running has become more comfortable and my times have improved greatly. My core was weak and now it is much stronger. I can move my hips a lot more and get more motion from them. My stride has lengthened because of the strength of my hips and more flexibility in my hip extension. My back moves more now and my spine can move much better. Those visits have helped a lot and I no also have the knowledge and exercises to keep improving.

I originally came in for my TMJ, and soon found discovered that was not my only problem. By working on my neck and ribs, Jerod was able to work out the more difficult problems of my TMJ. Before PT, my jaw went every which way and was in constant pain. By coming in for regular PT my TMJ started to do away, and I felt brand new after every visit with Jerod. Not only did he increase the mobility in my jaw, he was able to help me with my hips. Jerod was very versatile, and was able to help me with whatever my problem or pain was. He has the Hands of Angels!

I came here with pain in my shoulder. After 3 months they got me up and running. I have no pain, I’m doing everything that I used to do. I’m in marching band with no pain. Thanks to Dynamic Physical Therapy, I’m back to my normal life.

Since May, 2009 when my first physical therapy in life started, I was kind of skeptical of the therapy because in my past experiences with a chiropractor and an acupuncture, nothing worked to solve my physical pains on my back. The 20 treatments given by Jennifer and April were very effective to decrease my pain on the left shoulder. I feel right now almost normal. I shall remember the correct posture in my daily life, as I was taught during the three months. I was skeptical about going to physical therapy for my problems. Jerod gave gentle, hands on attention that left me leaving each day with less and less pain and numbness/tingling in my arms. My headaches went away after the first visit. He took time to show me the right exercises to help me take care of myself after PT. In only 4 weeks, he has done more for me than any doctor or medicine could ever do, both physically and emotionally. You won't regret going to Dynamic PT for your problems, whatever it is.
