The only reason why this place is receiving ONE star is because YP wouldn't let me publish this without a rating selected. If you are having hard times, don't look for a loan here. I would suggest One Main Financial and Franklin First Financial, both who have GREAT customer service skills and are very organized when handling calls. This facility lacks accountability, professionalism and management. Receiving an apology from them (even after expressing your concerns) are more rare than a cow jumping over the moon. Make sure you do your homework BEFORE you take out a loan- you If you don't want to struggle with incompetent staff all the time.
