Wanted to thank Henry Kaiser, City Manager for AVIS Capital U-Drive-It located at the airport. Group of friends and I rented a vehicle for the week of the Masters. Had trouble starting the car with the keyless remote. Battery was low. Henry came to our assistance, instructing us to follow him to the service center where he replaced the battery and also gave us his cell phone number in case we had any additional trouble. While we didn't have any need to call Henry, we were all very impressed by his willingness to go the extra mile (and it would have been literally going many extra miles for us if we had experienced additional problems).
