Covid forced us to create a hybrid work environment with half the staff working remotely. We needed to reassess how to meet our customer demands, scale the business and help our clients scale their business during the pandemic. Jim's team jumped in to evaluate the problems we were facing and quickly find solutions. We had our new Kyocera equipment installed and up and running within a few weeks. Now we are more efficient, with a notable increase in our profit margin, and gained new clients with the added features of Kyocera. I'd consider this a BIG win for us during COVID and beyond.
