This place is beyond bad. Not only is it very old and rundown, but it is dirty. There are a lot of hidden charges that Thomas never told us about. He flat out lied about the monthly cost of our apartment when we directly asked him. You'll only find out about these extra fees after you're all moved in and a few days later you're asked to come to the office to finish signing paperwork and that's where it all is. At that point what can you do! No more money to move out and find somewhere else, etc. He said our apartment had been cleaned and painted, it had not. Water damage on the floor, carpet pieces missing, vents are rusted and filthy, kitchen cabinets had water damage inside and looked like mold or some kind of damage, water damage on ceiling in bedrooms and mold in one, ceiling leaking from tub for 8 months and still not fixed. There's so much more. I have videos and pictures from day one. Tried voicing our concerns months ago to property manager and she couldn't care less. Do yourself a favor and keep looking!

WORST place I have EVER lived. I moved into these apartments about 6 months ago. At first it was fairly nice with a few problems, but once we settled in it was disaster after disaster. BUGS BUGS BUGS... They're not huge roaches, but for the amount that come out from the creases you might as well be an entomologist. It's disgusting. The people will come and "clean" out the place, but basically all they're doing is just taking a look inside, squirting a few bottles, then leaving. The service sucks. What's even worse is MY FREAKING BATHROOM SUNK IN. I'm not exaggerating as in there are a few squeaky floorboards, I literally mean my bathroom sunk in. They had to redo my entire bathroom and still have not even finished. I plan to move out within the next few weeks. I wish I could give this place negative stars. It's ABSOLUTELY FILTHY living here. This place should be shut down. Also by the way, don't rely on the pictures on their site to give you an idea of the environment, the pictures are nothing like the place you would be living in.

I love sitting on my back porch and hearing the creek flow. Its so relaxing and so quiet here. Its not a new community but in my opinion it's way better. I have a townhouse which has more closet space then I know what to do with. My neighbors are so nice and I like the staff too. I have had nothing but good experiences here at Forestbrook in the almost 4 years of living here. I pay my rent online, if I have a issue I can report it online and it gets fixed within a few days. The girls check to make sure my problem was fixed to my likings. The neighborhood kids are so nice and non destructive. The lawn crew works every week. I don't have children and I am a single man but I am happy here and all my neighbors I speak to are happy. One of my neighbors has been here since 1972. That should speak for itself.
