called around 3:00pm the 11th for roses to be delivered the 12th early morning. person on the phone said "no problem" we will have them there so she can view them all day! i call them back around 10:30am on the 12th and asked if there was a problem and the florist said no, we will have them there by noon!!!! Right now, it's 11:17am and still no flowers. i realized it's not noon but from what he told me yesterday and seeing how i paid over $100.00 for this order, you would expect a lot better service!! i've yet to see the finish product, and what i got for my money. i wanted early morning that's why i ordered a day early no lunch time this was a surprise everyone is out to lunch!!!!!!
