Unbelievable. I've been a customer of Tom Hughes Marina for several years. Their service has been great the whole time. When I first bought my Honda engine Tom delivered my boat in the rain. I don't think any other dealer would have done that. I agree his wife is great with business realtionships, but I also know Tom is most knowleadgable person I know when it comes to boat motors.

Customer comminications were extremely poor and owner acts like a disrespectful person.Their return item service is humiliatingly uncalled for.The man there should stay in the shop and keep his mouth shut and let his wife run the store part as he is a very disrespectful human being.Would not recommend doing bussines here unless absolutely have to.

Stay away customer services sucks this the old man that runs this place is very disrespectful He don't even know me and he was using foul language as if he were drunk and crazy so if you want to be treated with respect go somewhere else.
