My niece had an apointment at ...

My niece had an apointment at this west covina site. We were running a little late and Alicia answered the phone. She was very rude and began to talk down to me like I was a child. Her attitude was so bad that I could not see myself ever returning to receive any service they offer. I am a long time customer and have refered many of my family members and friends to this company. She did not want to hear or respect anything I had to say. I am informing everyone I know to never go to this location or any other Carlton Salon. Thank you Alicia. Horrible experience. They would not let me give a zero rating:(
