I don't give them even 0 SCORE the Finance manager Jonathan very very RUDE I WAS FORCED OF GETTING 2013 CMAX FORD WITH ACCIDENT HISTORY. They told me the issue after signing.

Clippinger Ford is a disreputable dealership. The repair department is an absolute ripoff. Beware.



I paid the service department $854.70 to resolve a starting problem with my vehicle. The diagnosed the problem to 5 faulty components which did not resolve the problem. When I returned the vehicle and advised them that I still had the same problem, they simply attempted to double talk stating that there where other problems that I was refusing to consider that may be causing the issue.

The vehicle wouldn't start when I went down to pick it up. I should have realized then ! ! ! ! !

I love my car, I love my dealer......

My experience was the best at this Ford Dealer
