This place is going down hill fast. Every order we have placed in the last five visits has been wrong. When we address the issue with a manager, he makes it our fault. Breaking rule number one "The customer is always right." I took my wife in to eat on Mothers Day and the server didn't tell us about the Mothers eat free spcials. The waitress realize she did tell us about the specials until after she charged us for my wifes meal. The new waitress asked the manager to honor the price point met for a free meal of $10.99. The manager was rude and treated her and us as if we made an unforgivable mistake. He stated it was to late and he was not going to correct the mistake.

Prior to this I completed a phone is order for carry out. The order was so wrong we made it a point to drive back the 10 miles just to confront the manager that gave us attitude over the phone. In person he was not as rude for some reason. The manager was upset that he had to stop watching the fight and fix a mistake his employees made. Management really need to be retraining vs looking at games, fights or hooter girls and do their jobs.

I'm only giving three stars because the wings at Hooters are the best. HOWEVER, the service at this location is below par. Not only did our waitress only stop by our table twice, but we were never given utensils with our food or a refill for our drinks. I hope management shapes up these employees. Hooters is one of my favorite restaurants..

First off, my girl friend and I both wanted to try hooters due to their reputation for chicken wings. But the moment I entered, the smell was very unpleasant.

My gf wanted to stay so we did.

The service was lousy and the food was even worse. I swear that the chicken wings were from an anorexic chicken. All skin and very little meat.

We got some celery and carrot sticks with blue cheese dressing and the dressing was watered down. Just dripped off the veggie sticks.

I would give this restaurant a zero, but that wasn't an option.

If you get a craving for Hooters because you have never been there, save yourself some dissapointment and go anywhere else.

Highly dissappointed.
