I just came in to purchase a pair of heels , walked out with them literally came back in seven minutes later to get a bigger size since these hills run smaller, they said they cannot exchange them since I had already wore them for five minutes. First time in the store and my last.

Worst service ever these little teenage girls who worked there tried to refuse service to me because they were false advertising their products. When they saw me looking at something i was interested in they began to cut off the price tags and once i went to pay told me they were not at the price they were tagged and that i can either choose to buy them at the price they say or not. I told them i wanted to speak to the manager which didn't even speak to me and he told them to give it to me at the price and everything is half off big signs posted everywhere and these little immature girls tell me no they will not give me half off and that they have the right to refuse service to anyone which is posted no where. I asked to speak to the manager again and one girl completely ignored me then the other told me they will not be getting him he will not be coming out to talk to me. Very unprofessional and very ignorant people well kids working at this store. Took my complaint to management.
