So I won’t lie they were kinda helpful in someways more than others. Failed to mention the ring I bought was cracked. By the time I realized I was home had to go back the next day and waited two weeks for it before I can give it to my mom who I already had mentioned that I pick something up from the jewelers. Bought a gold chain told it was Miami Cuban link but was a Miami Cuban curb link so they put in a order to have it brought in to the store but it been almost a month since that day I’ve had to call them several times they do call me let me know what’s going on or anything this has been one of my worst experiences with them.

I don't think there is anyone better than Kevin Jewelers! They designed and made my wedding ring, and then designed and made a pendant with my husband for me when my son was born. I have many pieces from them now, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They take time to educate you about the jewelry and the quality of the stones. I challenge anyone to find better quality and better prices! Almost all of my friends use them as their jeweler as well. Their pieces are unique and stunning! They have something in a price range for everyone and I will continue to send all my friends to them!

A couple years ago I inherited jewelry and was concerned with getting paid as much as possible for it. I weighed my options between local jewelers and eventually decided to use Kevin Jewelers. Their offer was by far the best and they were a pleasure to deal with. Their staff is super nice!

My husband and I went to Cresent to buy a ring on Nov. 23 2007. We choose the ring we liked and wanted to buy it cash but the sales girl convinced us to get a platnum credit card. So like idots we agreed and we quailified. My husband wanted to pay $450.00 towards the new Cresent Credit Card bill so that the balance can be lower, so we paid with our Bank of America Debit card. Our Bank paid Cresent on the 26th of Nov. When we got our first bill we noticed that the $450.00 was not deducted. So we called Cresent. Well to make a long story short, we gave them all the info on the payment and showed proof that our bank had paid them and Cresent said that they will fix the problem. Well now we are on 4-1-08 and Cresent still has not fixed the accont and we have been getting the run around for months now. so now we are taking this to the Better Bussiness Bureau. WHAT A HEADACHE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE BAD NEWS!
