I made the call and spoke directly with the owner of my situation. The Phone Guys showed up early the next day. Not only did they get the job done Mike was able to fix several ongoing issues with our Telephone system.

the tech arrived on time and completed the job on a very timely manner.
when I call them back for another issue, the tech informed that there will be no bill as he should have noted the problem during his last visit.
the tech and the office staff are very nice and pleasant to deal with and for this and especially their honesty, I have included them in my vendor's lists.
