Theres a man who works there who cut my 3 year old sons hair. My son has autism and it has been difficult to find someone who would be patient and understanding of my sons difficulty with haircuts. He has never been to the same barbershop twice due to the rudeness or frustration of the person cutting his hair. I hated going to get him a haircut for fear of losing my temper on them for being rude to my son. Its already stressful enough to go. I even cut his hair myself but i dont do well. The man at universal salon gained my full respect and made me cry for how patient he was and without knowing it he took any stress away from my fear of getting his hair cut. I wanted to hug him. I thanked him and gave him as much tip as i could afford. I would pay him triple the cost for his kindness if i could. He didnt even say more then a few words but his facial expression showed his understanding and i wont take my son anywhere else now. He only cut his hair but he changed our lives for the many haircuts still to come in the future. Less stress and i dont fear them anymore. Thank u universal salon. I still dont even know his name and he doesnt know mine, but he is important in our lives.
