Horrible service, they will screw up your credit (they offer you a really low interest rate so you can purchase the car and then run your credit thru an average of 10-15 credit companies all hard inquiries) their prices are ridiculously high and their service is really bad. I would never ever go back nor would I recommend anyone to go, they are liars if you give them a post dated check they will cash it the very next day with no concern of the charges the bank will charge you. They are the kings of false advertisement be very careful when dealing with them.

I purchased a 2007 Nissan Quest and love it, at one time I also loved taking my Quest to the service department because although a little pricey, the service was quick. Now, the prices are just rediculous and the the service department takes forever, even with an appointment. An oil change that use to take 40 min without an appointment takes about four hours with an appointment. Parts that are not available and ordered....don't hold your breath that they will call you when it comes in, chances are they will just send it back and hope you'll forget about it. Service your Nissan elsewhere, keep all the paperwork and notice how much you will save, in time and cash. Keeping the paperwork help keep your warranty in good standing.
