I have been a patient at CSM since May, 2015. I was a patient of Morgan Lyons, ARNP. She is a caring, concerned and real professional. She was pregnant and went on maternity leave October 2015. I was scheduled to see a different dr in her absence and planned on returning to her care when she returned. The physician I saw was Dr. Ledet. He is arrogant and does NOT care about his patient's condition. I have been dealing with a rare injury for 10 years. When Morgan returned from maternity leave I scheduled an appt with her and was told I HAD to see Dr. Ledet or be released from the clinic. Long story short, I have a light at the end of my horrific tunnel and will finally receive a total elbow replacement from an amazing physician at Wash University in St. Louis, MO. I am now sedentary because my pain is so severe and Dr. Ledet will not treat my pain properly due to new research. I am very anxious about my health regarding my surgery. It will be 5 hours long and I would like to be able to walk and slightly exercise to help my recovery and prevent issues post op. As of now I will be high risk because of high BP and other health issues that could be prevented if my pain was controlled and I had a quality of life. I am 48 years old and have the health of a 60 year old due to my situation. If you want appropriate care for pain control DO NOT go to CSM. They are private so they charge you so much more for everything and in the end it is for nothing. Shame on this practice for taking advantage of patients in severe pain and assuming every case is the same. Because of people who abuse meds, the patients who truly need them will not be accommodated due to this ignorance.

Am a fairly new patient of the clinic. First, it took them two weeks to respond to my doctors referral. Then it took another 2 months to get an appointment. It's understandable when someone is busy, but even a call back would have been acceptable. If you are looking for any sort of treatment within the next three months, they are not recommended whatsoever.
