My husband and I both went to this dental group. They made him pre-pay for covered work and then wouldn't refund his money ($1,000) for 3 months after insurance had already paid them. They led us to believe they were in-network and then blamed us for not understanding that when they said that they "accepted" our insurance that it actually meant that they were not in network. Very poor customer service and very unprofessional/highly suspect business practices

I love this office!
