Excellent service, professional employees

I moved to the DSM area a couple of years ago from a small town. I wasn't expecting to find a real community bank in the metro area but Bank Iowa in West Des Moines is. The facilities are stunning, art work in abundance, but the service is like that of a smaller community bank that treats you like you want to be treated. I am always called by name; if the president, Jim Langin, is in the bank he usually greets me. I got a small business loan and opened a Reward Checking account. I'm telling my friends about this bank. No, they didn't pay me to write this!
