Dish set this company to upgrade our old Dish equipment. Dish said the techs would be with us between 3:00pm and 4:15pm (it was closer to 4:00pm, but he did call before he came). When they got to my home, I explained that I wanted to hook up more TVs then what Dish had initially allowed for. The head tech explained to me how they could do that; what the monthly costs would be for the 2 additional Joeys I wanted, and quickly got Dish to modify the work-order and drop the installation charge Dish would normally have wanted for the additional equipment.

From there, the installation took about 3.5 hours, but went relatively smoothly.

I am pleased with the work performed and the technicians' professionalism (yes, three techs at my home). I would use them again if needed.
