Have taken my blazer there twice now and both times were bad experinces! First time they did a inspection of my vehicle and a tire roatation when done i had asked about my brakes in the back because i was hearing a sound back there they said they where good! Went somewhere else that showed me my rear right roater wouldnt even turn and left was almost the same and calippers were stuck! And just this weekend got tires put on and the manager charged me for a alighnment that wasnt even done! Had to go back nexy day to get it fixed the guy at the counter told me they never drove it and gave me before and after specs and it was far off! And that was the manager that failed to tell me the alighnmemt hadnt been done and didnt give me specs the first time! He just chargef me hoping i wouldnt know the difference! REALLY?! I GAVE HIM EAR FULL THE NEXT DAY! Never again!!!

I took my car to the Firestone on Mills Civic Parkway in June 2013 because my air conditioner stopped working. They called me after looking at it and said that I needed an entire new system. They said there was a hole in the condenser and that it was sucking debris in, which ruined the orfis tube and compressor. They told me it would cost $1700 to fix with labor. I took it to another mechanic and was told that there was a hole in the condenser, but that the compressor, orfis tube and rest of the system was in fact still fine. He fixed it for $500! Do not take your car to this Firestone. They clearly do not know what they are talking about and are just trying to rip off unknowing customers. Either the technicians are corrupt or incompetent. Either way, I will never take my car to any Firestone and suggest customers steer clear of this one.
