So much flavor!

First tip: make a reservation! Lettuce wraps were a hugely pleasant surprise, and the orange peel beef was to die for (no pun intended, but yes it was quite salty). My fiance got some kind of shrimp and it was stellar. Somewhat pricy but if you love Chinese like we do, you need to experience this place once a year or so.

Real Let Down

Having heard people rave about P.F. Chang's, I was looking forward to a delicious meal there. The dish I ordered was an excellent presentation, but the first bite suggested that the cook had salted the food two or three times. I am not a low salt fanatic, this dish was really horribly salty ! I could not eat it. I cannot remember which menu item it was. Some things are best blotted out of your memory and kept far away from your taste buds !
