Customer service is what this company lacks. On two different occasions the technician didn't show up during an appointment scheduled time. There was no follow up why they are running late or to have the appointment rescheduled. The customer is expected to hang in there and the company will show up at their convenience, why schedule an appointment in the first place? Communication is key. An apology followed only after I canceled all the services. That's why it's a 2 from me. Wish I read other bad reviews on Facebook first before dealing with Valley Pools.
